His expertise is in the organization, funding and administration of public companies both on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange and NASDAQ. He has been involved with the acquisition and funding of mineral projects in Canada, United States, Venezuela and Ghana.

Mr. Cheung graduated with an International Business degree from the University of Victoria, and is an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. . Mr. Cheung brings a strong background in public company financial reporting, risk management, and strategic finance to the Board

Mr. Simon Meadows Smith
Geologist, Ghana
Mr. Meadows Smith is a graduate of the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Science (Honors) Geology. Currently based in Accra, Ghana, Mr. Meadows Smith has over twelve years experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry. He was instrumental in the discovery of the Homase gold deposit (current gold resource of 500,000 oz) which is located thirty-five kilometers to the south of the Adumasa Project and fifteen kilometers to the north of the Obuasi Mine. Mr. Meadows-Smith has supervised AMI\\\'s exploration activities in Ghana since April, 2002.
Mr. Claude Jobin, M.Sc. Eng.
Geologist, Canada & Niger
Mr. Jobin is a graduate of the University of Montreal and has over 20 years experience in exploration in West Africa and extensive experience in Niger. He has excellent knowledge of geochemical exploration techniques in arid and tropical terrains, along with strong skills in geophysical prospecting, drilling techniques and sample preparation. Mr. Jobin was instrumental in the acquisition of the Deba and Tialkam permits for St. Jude Resources prior to St. Jude\\\'s acquisition by Golden Star Resources. Mr. Jobin will manage AMI\\\'s exploration programs in Niger and permit acquisitions.
Mr. Tony Lithur
Legal & Government, Ghana
Mr. Lithur has a LLB Honours degree from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Law degree from the Ghana School of Law. Currently based in Accra, Ghana, Mr. Lithur is a sound advocate and negotiator who has advised and assisted a variety of clients both individual and corporate, local and international on various aspects of law. He is the founder and Managing Partner of the law firm LithurBrew & Company. Mr. Lithur has been retained to manage the renewal/extensions of our mineral licenses and to liase with government officials pertaining to issues under the Minerals Act.
Mr. Jay Sujir
Corporate Counsel, Vancouver
Mr. Sujir is the senior partner with Anfield Sujir Kennedy & Durno, a securities law firm with its head office in Vancouver, British Columbia. Mr. Sujir is a director on several public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
