Mr. Terry Heard, P. Eng. Consulting Geologist, Independent Director
 Mr. Heard is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines in Ontario, and is a member in good standing of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Heard has practiced as an exploration geologist for 45 years and as a professional engineer for the past 31 years.
Mr. Heard has worked throughout the New World : in each of Canada's Provinces and Territories, in Alaska and the 13 western Continental States, in Mexico, Guatemala and Brazil. Mr. Heard has also worked extensively in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Tunisia, Angola, South Africa and Ghana - where, in 2000, he supervised the exploration program for AMI's Adumasa Project.

Damien Reynolds Independent Director
 Mr. Reynolds has been involved in the junior resource sector for over twenty years. He has gained industry knowledge through founding, investing in and serving on the Boards of a number of public exploration companies. Mr. Reynolds has an impressive track record with projects of merit around the world and also for his ability to raise capital for junior companies. Mr. Reynolds is currently Chairman and CEO of Longview Strategies Inc. as well as Executive Chairman of Tournigan Gold Corp. Tournigan is a gold and uranium exploration and development company that is advancing two European gold deposits totaling 1.9 million ounces into operating mines, and with uranium assets hosting 48 million lbs of Uranium in Europe. |

Mr. Simon Meadows Smith Consulting Geologist
 Mr. Meadows Smith is a graduate of University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Science (Honors) Geology. Currently based in Accra, Ghana, Mr. Meadows Smith has over twelve years experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry. He was instrumental in the discovery of the Homase gold deposit (current gold resource of 500,000 oz) which is located thirty-five kilometers to the south of the Adumasa Project and fifteen kilometers to the north of the Obuasi Mine. Mr. Meadows-Smith has supervised AMI's exploration activities in Ghana since April, 2002. |
