Mr. Elford has extensive knowledge in the acquisition, funding and development of exploration/mining projects in Ghana, Colombia, El Salvador, Mexico, Canada and the United States.

Since 1983 Mr. Pettigrew has been a co-founder and a key executive in several start-up public companies. His expertise is in the organization, funding and administration of public companies both on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange and NASDAQ. He has been involved with the acquisition and funding of mineral projects in Canada, United States, Venezuela and Ghana.
Mr. Robert Spiers, President
Mr. Spiers is a senior geologist and has worked with various mining companies throughout the world. Some prominent projects he has been involved in included Kinsgate - Chatree Gold Mines, Plutonic Resources - Dariot Mine and Sierra MInes - Nalesbitan Gold Project. Mr Spiers is a Qualified Person for resource estimation under JORC 2012 Code & Guidelines and the National Instrument 43-101 for the reporting of Mineral Resource Estimates.

Before starting his own advisory practice, Mr. Cheung spent several years in public practice providing assurance and advisory services for a prominent public accounting firm in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Cheung graduated with an International Business degree from the University of Victoria, and is an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. . Mr. Cheung brings a strong background in public company financial reporting, risk management, and strategic finance to the Board.
Mr. Simon Meadows Smith
Mr. Meadows Smith is a graduate of the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Science (Honors) Geology. Currently based in Accra, Ghana, Mr. Meadows Smith has over twelve years experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry. He was instrumental in the discovery of the Homase gold deposit (current gold resource of 500,000 oz) which is located thirty-five kilometers to the south of the Adumasa Project and fifteen kilometers to the north of the Obuasi Mine. Mr. Meadows-Smith has supervised AMI\\\'s exploration activities in Ghana since April, 2002.
Mr. Claude Jobin, M.Sc. Eng.
Geologist, Canada & Niger
Mr. Jobin is a graduate of the University of Montreal and has over 20 years experience in exploration in West Africa and extensive experience in Niger. He has excellent knowledge of geochemical exploration techniques in arid and tropical terrains, along with strong skills in geophysical prospecting, drilling techniques and sample preparation. Mr. Jobin was instrumental in the acquisition of the Deba and Tialkam permits for St. Jude Resources prior to St. Jude\\\'s acquisition by Golden Star Resources. Mr. Jobin will manage AMI\\\'s exploration programs in Niger and permit acquisitions.
Mr. Tony Lithur
Legal & Government, Ghana
Mr. Lithur has a LLB Honours degree from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Law degree from the Ghana School of Law. Currently based in Accra, Ghana, Mr. Lithur is a sound advocate and negotiator who has advised and assisted a variety of clients both individual and corporate, local and international on various aspects of law. He is the founder and Managing Partner of the law firm LithurBrew & Company. Mr. Lithur has been retained to manage the renewal/extensions of our mineral licenses and to liase with government officials pertaining to issues under the Minerals Act.
Mr. John Rhee
Corporate Counsel, Vancouver
Mr. Rhee is a partner with Vantage Law Corp., a securities law firm with its head office in Vancouver, British Columbia.
