Retained Longview Capital Partners Inc., a Vancouver based firm to provide the Company with corporate consulting services.

Vancouver, B.C. - The Company wishes to announce that it has retained Longview Capital Partners Inc., a Vancouver based firm to provide the Company with corporate consulting services. Longview is a venture capital investment company with a focus on the natural resource market. Longview will use its expertise to heighten the Company's profile in the investment community and to source additional funding in order to accelerate the development of the Company's gold project in Ghana, West Africa. Longview is currently the largest shareholder of the Company.

The agreement with Longview will be for period of one year, renewable at the option of the parties. As consideration, Longview will receive $7,500 per month and be granted an option to purchase 400,000 common shares of the Company's capital stock at a price of $0.34 per share for a period of two years, with the options vesting in equal amounts on a quarterly basis over the first year of the option term. The agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Due to increased work commitments Damien Reynolds has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company effective October 1, 2007. Mr. Reynolds will however provide ongoing advisory services to the Company.

Under the Company's Stock Option Plan 2,200,000 stock options exercisable at $0.34 per share for a period of 5 years have been granted to certain directors, officers and employees of the Company. .
